Prior to Storia Strategies, Jessica spent nearly 15 years at the Kansas City Area Development Council, one of the top regional economic development groups in the U.S. She created the organization’s strategic marketing initiative focused on talent attraction and retention. The program is recognized across the U.S. as the premier and most robust talent strategies in economic development. In her role leading PR and communications at KCADC, Jessica engaged with and led some of the Kansas City region’s significant announcements including Meta, Google, Panasonic, KC2026, the new KCI single-terminal, Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts Center opening and more.

Throughout her career, she’s been recognized for her professional accomplishments including being named among Most Influential Women in KC Business, KC Nominee for CBIZ National Women Transforming Business, ATHENA International Young Professional Leadership Award recipient, Kansas City Business Journal NextGen Leader and Kansas City Public Relations Society Bill DeLay Service Award honoree.

A native of Kansas City, Jessica is actively involved in the civic community serving on several nonprofit boards and engaging in many regional efforts. Jessica graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Minor in Business.
